The flagship Master-planned Community that Willis Property Company assisted in the development of is Spectrum at Val Vista, located in Southeast Gilbert. This 1,600 Acre development included 16 residential parcels, San Tan Motorplex, Val Vista Square, Spectrum Falls, Rome Towers, Copper Pointe, The Medical Plaza at Spectrum, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Campo Verde High School. In 2007 the Arizona Business Journal ranked The Spectrum at Val Vista as one of the Top Ten Master-planned Communities in the State of Arizona.
In recent years, Willis Land Co. assisted in the sale of a $700 million dollar real estate portfolio which included premium office condos, retail centers and land parcels. It also was vital in the development of Bell Bank Park, a 300 acre, $283m family sports and entertainment park located in Southeast Mesa.
