Mr. Willis, a 5th Generation Arizonan, began his real estate career with Sellers Realty & Development in 1982 then joined Farnsworth Development in 1985. In 1989 he founded Willis Property Company specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Over the past 25 years Mr. Willis has been involved in the development of many well known master-planned communities in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. One of the largest communities that Mr. Willis assisted in the development of was the Spectrum at Val Vista Masterplan Community, which included multiple residential neighborhoods, San Tan Motorplex, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and more. He and his business partners have bought and sold land, ranches and commercial properties in Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Georgia and Texas.
